Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following matters:-<br/><br/>1. Appointed Ms. Ashish Garg (Woman Director) as Director on the Board of the Company.<br/><br/>2. The Board has decided to pass Resolutions for issuance of Non Convertible Debentures, Borrowing Powers and Creation of charge at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and not by Postal Ballot which was earlier decided by the Board in its previous Meeting held on July 01, 2014.
