Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and transact the following;<BR><BR>1. To appoint Mr. Manoj Kumar, EVP & CEO of the Company as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To appoint Mr. Tetsuya Takano, Managing Director and CEO of the Company as the new Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015 after completion of his present tenure as Managing Director and CEO of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To approve resignation of Mr. N. Majima, Chairman, of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
