With reference to the earlier letter dated November 10, 2015, November 05, 2015 and October 13, 2015, Ricoh India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Limited Review for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 is taking longer time in view of this being the first audit being done by our newly appointed Auditors.<BR><BR>As a result, the work relating to finalization and completion of Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 could not be completed in Company's Audit Committee meeting held on November 14, 2015. Accordingly, Audit Committee and Board of Directors Meetings stands adjourned.
