Ricoh India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 10, 2015 inter-alia to consider and approve the following business matters:-<BR><BR>1. To fix date for holding the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company;<BR><BR>2. To consider & approve appointment of new Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Statutory Auditors of the Company;<BR><BR>3. To fix the date of closure of Register of Members & Share Transfer Books for the purpose of Annual General Meeting & payment of Dividend, if declared at the AGM.
