Rishi Laser Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. The Board has not recommended any dividend for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Harshad Patel as a Managing Director on the Board.<br/><br/>3. The Board has also approved passing of Special resolution for Borrowing Powers as per Section 180 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013.
