Rodium Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015 inter alia, has approved the following items /resolutions:<BR><BR>1. Recommended dividend at the rate of 9% (Rs.0.90 per Preference Shares) on Preference Shares capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Recommended Equity Dividend at the rate of 8% (Rs.0.80 per equity share) on Equity Share capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
