| This is to inform that, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 24, 2017 to inter-alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and 3 months ended June 30, 2017, is postponed to Saturday, August 26, 2017; due to unavoidable circumstances.<BR> Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Closure of Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for Directors, Officers and designated employees stands revised to Wednesday August 23, 2017 till Monday, August 28, 2017, both days inclusive.<BR> This is for your kind information and records.<BR> | |
