Rollatainers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from August 14, 2014 and shall continue until the beginning of 25th hour after the public announcement of the financial results is made.
