Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company at its meeting of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors held on April 03, 2014, has granted 24,50,000 Stock Options to its employees and employees of its Subsidiary<br/>Companies, at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- (Ten) per equity share. <br/><br/>Each Option, upon vesting will entitle the holder one equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
