Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this meeting, the proposal for recommendation of Dividend for the Financial year ended March 31, 2015, if any, will also be considered.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members, with immediate effect till closure of trading hours on May 26, 2015.
