Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, has :<BR><BR>1. Recommend for the approval of shareholders final dividend of Rs. 3 per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2015 at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
