Roto Pumps Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 11, 2014 has approved :<br/><br/>1. Setting-up of a joint venture company in Singapore. The joint venture company would further make strategic investments in the related field including business development of Companys products in African continent.<br/><br/>2. Setting-up of a wholly owned subsidiary company in United States to establish and grow significantly the sales and marketing of the Companys products in North America.
