| Royal India Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter ended December 31, 2015 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 07, 2016 till February 15, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on February 13, 2016 to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from February 07, 2016 till February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
