With reference to the news article appeared in The Economic Times on March 27, 2015 titled &quot;Royal Orchid Hotels to sell Land Parcel in Powai&quot;, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&quot;The Company has not given any price sensitive information to any media with regard to sale of the land.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;With respect to your above said letter, we would like to submit as follows:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. No negotiations have taken place to sell the property at Powai as on date.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. We were not aware of any other information that could have affected the movement in share price.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;We would like to inform you that the Company has not given any price sensitive information to any media with regard to either pricing or company strategy.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Without prejudice, the information is not price sensitive information, as the transaction value is not material and also there is no concrete transaction or negotiations are being undertaken.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;We hereby assure the stock exchange that we would certainly inform the stack exchange with regard to Company strategy whenever price sensitive information is released to media.&quot;
