Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Code of Internal Procedure and conduct on Insider Trading for Royal Orchid Hotels limited and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited shall remain closed from August 07, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014. The Trading Window will be opened from August 18, 2014.
