In accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by in Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors & Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed From 4th November, 2017 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e on 16th November, 2017 pursuant to meeting of Board of Directors of the company which will be held on 13th November, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. for approval of Unaudited Financial Result for quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2017
