The meeting of the Board of Directors of Royale Manor Hotels and Industries Limited will be held on Monday, 13th November, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company to transact the following business:<BR> <BR> 1. To Consider, adopt and approve Unaudited Financial Result for quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> 2. Any other business with the permission of the chair.<BR> <BR> Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by in Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors & Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed From 4th November, 2017 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e on 16th November, 2017.<BR>
