RSWM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, has recommended 125% i.e. Rs. 12.50 per share dividend on Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 2893.59 Lacs, which shall be paid between 11th day and 14th day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the<br/>Shareholders of the Company.
