RSWM Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended the March 31, 2016 and to consider the recommendation of dividend on Equity Shares, if any, and dividend on Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and designated Employees and their dependents from April 26, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
