RSWM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, has allotted 1,36,65,435 Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) to the Shareholders as on the Record Date i.e. May 22, 2015 of erstwhile Cheslind Textiles Limited (CTL) pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of CTL with the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Company will take the necessary steps for the listing of OCRPS as well as the Equity Shares pursuant to the conversion of OCRPS.
