RTS Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited has granted the voluntary delisting of the Companys Equity Shares from their Exchange its terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 with effect from March 13, 2015.<BR><BR>The Companys Shares, however, continue to be listed in BSE Limited.
