RTS Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations,2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2016 for all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from May 21,2016 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
