Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, has proposed, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each.
