Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that based on the recommendation made by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide Circular Resolution dated December 29, 2015, the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated December 29, 2015 have approved the appointment of Shri Yogen Shivlal Lathia as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company.
