Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the last quarter of financial year 2014-15 as well as for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend a dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, Trading Window in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 05, 2015 to May 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board Meeting to be held on May 15, 2015 to approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter of financial year 2014-15 as well as for the year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of Dividend, if any.
