Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014 inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014 of financial year 2014-15.<br/><br/>Further note that Trading Window in the shares of the Company will remain closed from November 03, 2014 to November 17, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board Meeting to be held on November 14, 2014 to approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter of financial year 2014-15.
