Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 15, 2016, inter alia, to consider and declare Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from March 09, 2016 till the declaration of aforesaid dividend by the Company and the said Window shall open 48 hours after the same is made public.
