Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2016, and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the audited financial results are made public.
