Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on May 26, 2015, considered the draft accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015. It sought some more information and data in regards to the accounts. However, the Company Officials required time to make available the information desired by the Board. Hence the meeting stands adjourned for May 27, 2015.
