| Ruchi Strips & Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on November 02, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 for all Directors and the designated persons of the Company from October 24, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
