Runeecha Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2015 has taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>- Ms. Pooja Sabharwal has resigned from the post of Joint Managing Director w.e.f. April 01, 2015 and her resignation is accepted and confirmed by the Board. Now, her designation is changed to Non-executive Director.
