| Runeecha Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2014, has taken the following decisions:<br/><br/>1. Clause 41:<br/><br/>The Board of Directors could not approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 and June 30, 2014 and the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 since the accounts were not ready and as such we are unable to approve the same and the matter would be taken up in next board meeting.<br/><br/>2. Application for extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting:<br/><br/>Since the accounts of the Company are not ready for its adoption, the board of Directors had decided to apply to the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra for seeking extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>3. Appointment of Internal Auditor:<br/><br/>Since M/s. Rajesh Sachdeva and Associates, the Internal Auditors appointed by the Board of directors in their meeting held on June 30, 2014 could not join the Company due to some unavoidable circumstances, the board of directors had appointed M/s. D. C. Chhajed and Associates, Chartered Accountants as their Internal Auditor to conduct audit for the period 2014-15. | |
