With reference to the earlier letter dated May 28, 2015 regarding the Declaration of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15, Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company in its 46th Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2015, have declared final dividend @ Rs. 2.70 per share for the financial year 2014-2015. The total dividend (including interim dividend) for the financial year 2014-2015 declared by the Company amounts to Rs. 10.70 per share (face value Rs. 10/- each).<BR><BR>The Final Dividend @ Rs. 2.70 per equity share for the financial year 2014-15 will be paid on October 07, 2015.
