Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 04, 2014 to September 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 18, 2014.<br/><br/>The final dividend, if approved by the members at 45th Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid on October 01, 2014.
