| Rushil Decor Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 07, 2014, has approved the following:<br/><br/>1. The Company has designated Mr. Keyur M. Gajjar, as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from August 07, 2014.<br/><br/>2. The Company has designated Mr. Vipul S. Vora, as Chief Finance Officer of the Company with effect from August 07, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Ms. Jingle Piyush Thakkar is appointed as an additional director of the Company with effect from August 07, 2014. She will be designated as an Independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>4. Mr. Harshadbhai N. Doshi, a Director liable to retire by rotation in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, does not wish to seek re-appointment as a Director of the Company at the said Annual General Meeting. | |
