Rushil Decor Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Director(s) and Designated Employee(s) of the Company will remain closed from May 15, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of following Information to the public. The following details will be put up before the board for their consideration and approval in the board meeting to be held on May 23, 2015.<BR><BR>Consideration, Approval and Taking on Record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the Director(s) and Designated Employee(s) of the company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closing of Trading Window.
