Rushil Decor Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Director(s) and Designated Employee(s) of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of following information to the public which may be discussed in the board meeting which is scheduled to be held on August 07, 2014;<br/><br/>"Consideration, taking on record and approve the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the First Quarter Ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly, all the Director(s) and Designated Employee(s) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closing of Trading Window.
