With reference to the earlier letter dated August 31, 2015 in view of the expansion of business activities, Rutron International Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company decided to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in any Free Zone based in U.A.E.
