Ruttonsha International Rectifier Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities shall remain closed from May 19, 2015 to May 29, 2015 for all the directors / officers and designated employees of the Company.
