Ruttonsha International Rectifier Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities by the insiders of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2016 and would open 48 hours after announcement of financial results to the public.
