| This is to inform you that 48th AGM of the members of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 19th September, 2017 at 11.30 a.m. at Babasaheb Dahanukar Sabhagriha, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce Trust, Oricon House, 6th Floor, 12 K. Dubhash Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400001.<BR> <BR> Please find enclosed herewith Notice of AGM and Annual Report for the financial year 2016-17.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 16th September, 2017 to Tuesday 19th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 48th AGM of the Company.<BR> <BR> The e-Voting for the purpose of 48th AGM shall begin on Saturday, 16th September, 2017 at 10.00 a.m. to Monday, 18th September, 2017 till 5.00 p.m. The cut-off date for reckoning voting rights of shareholders for e-voting is Tuesday, 12th September, 2017. | |
