S Kumars.Com Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results/Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016; and<BR><BR>2. to consider and approve the Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Results / Statements for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
