Kumars Nationwide Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on July 19, 2014 have considered and approved a Scheme of Arrangement with the Creditors of the Company pursuant to section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956/section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Scheme) under discussion and subject to the approval of its lenders and other statutory authorities as per the requirement of Law.
