| SAAG RR Infra Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2014, has postponed the Extraordinary General Meeting and Creditors Meeting which was scheduled to be held on March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Extraordinary General meeting of the members and a Creditors meeting is likely to be convened at the end of May to obtain their approval for Creditors Voluntary winding up of the Company. | |
