Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held August 14, 2015, inter alia, to receive, consider and take on record the following:<BR><BR>1. Consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results (statement) of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Approve the Unaudited quarterly financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>3. To fix the time, date & venue of 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>4. To fix date of Book Closure for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>5. To consider, take on record & approve the business to be transacted on the Annual Genera! Meeting.<BR><BR>6. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>7. To take note on the statutory compliances for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, amended till date, Trading Window shall remain closed In connection with the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015 from August 06, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The Company has informed to ail the Directors, Officers and designated Employees & their dependents and family members not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading Window.
