Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter-alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs /Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company from May 18, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
