Sadhana Nitro Chem Ltd has informed BSE that that the Allotment Committee in its meeting dated March 27, 2015, has allotted 7850000, 9% Cumulative Non-Convertible Preference Shares on Private Placement Basis to Manekchand Panachand Trading Investment Company Private Limited (Holding Company).<BR><BR>The aforesaid allotment has been made in line with the approval of the Shareholders by way of Special Resolution passed at EOGM dated December 29, 2014 and approval of Board of Directors in its meeting dated March 25, 2015.
