Safal Herbs Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 01, 2017, for approval of Unaudited financial results as on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, It is informed that, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window, for dealing in shares of the Company, will be closed for all Designated employees/ Insiders for a period starting from 10:00 a.m on January 30, 2017 and ending on the completion of 48 hours, after the information becomes generally available.
