Saint Gobain Sekurit India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2015, has decided to discontinue the operations at the Bhosari Plant of the Company with effect from September 01, 2015, as it is economically unviable to continue the operations in that location.
