Saksoft Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2016 to August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 12, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend, if declared by the Shareholders, will be paid on or before September 09, 2016 to those members entitled thereto.
